You must be at least 16 to use the Service. Under 16? You’ll need a parent or guardian involved.

Advertise unrelated websites or resources.
Impersonate our team or claim to represent us.
Create mods, use exploits, or cheat.
Sell accounts or related items.
Transfer your account to someone else.
Bypass bans or create new accounts to avoid them.

Break these rules, and you could face warnings, restrictions, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

Reporting Violations

See someone breaking the rules? Report them. Include evidence like screenshots and player tags.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the Service—content, features, trademarks—is owned by nullbrawl.org. Don’t use it without our written permission.

User Content

When you submit content, you’re giving us a license to use, modify, and display it. Make sure you have the rights to share it and that it doesn’t break any laws or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee it’ll be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.

Indemnification

You agree to cover us (nullsbrawlmodi.com, affiliates, and employees) for any claims, damages, or losses from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

The Service may include links to third-party sites. We don’t endorse or take responsibility for them. Use them at your own risk.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access anytime, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be handled in U.S. courts.

Miscellaneous
